We want you to love your German chenille. If you change your mind about an in-stock item, we offer a straightforward return process.

Return Window You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Condition Items must be completely unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

A flat-rate return label fee will be deducted from your final refund amount based on your location and order value.

Special Order Items

Special Order pieces are thoughtfully imported from Germany specifically on your behalf. Because these items are custom-ordered to fill your specific request, our standard return policy does not apply.

Strict Terms & Cancellations: All Special Orders are strict Final Sale and 100% non-refundable once your order is confirmed and payment is captured. Special Orders cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded once your order is in confirmed status.

Digital Gift Cards

All digital gift cards are final sale and cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in inspecting and packaging every piece of chenille before it leaves our facility. However, if there is an issue with your order upon arrival, we will do our best to make it right.

Our Guarantee If any item (including Special Orders) arrives damaged or defective, it is eligible for a refund.
Reporting Window Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. Damaged or defective items must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt.

Refund Processing

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, or a damage claim is verified, we will process your refund.

Timeline: Refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to clear and appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
