Shipping
When will my order ship and can I track it?
We ship ready-to-ship orders from the U.S. within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package all the way.
Items marked as Special Order are sourced from Germany and require additional processing time. We’ll confirm availability and provide an estimated shipping timeline before your order is finalized.
Where do you ship?
At this time, we ship only within the contiguous U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii.
What are your shipping rates?

How do I change or cancel my order?

Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item?
We do not accept exchanges. However, if for any reason you are unhappy or not completely satisfied, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@kikoliebelle.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos before returning the item. We’ll review the issue and provide instructions for the return. Refunds or replacements will be determined after inspection.
Product Care
How do I care for my chenille products?
Machine wash warm and tumble dry low, or air dry. Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, and ironing.

Will my items shrink or shed lint?
Natural shrinkage and lint shedding may occur during early washes. This is normal and does not affect quality.
Are there items that must be hand-washed?
Some accessories, like toiletry bags or lined items, should be hand-washed.
